On behalf of the Organising Committee of the 10^th triennial meeting ‘Geoanalysis 2018’, I would like to invite your organisation to take an active role in this event as exhibitors and sponsors. The mission of the International Association of Geoanalysts (IAG) is to serve as an international forum for the advancement of geoanalytical science and to promote the interests and support the professional needs of those involved in the analysis of geological and environmental materials.  One of the IAG’s major means of fulfilling this mission is the triennial series of Geoanalysis conferences, which actively encourage the participation of younger colleagues and postgraduates. ‘Geoanalysis’ meetings usually attract between 150 and 200 experts from academia and industry.  In addition to a large number of European and North American geochemists who specialise in geoanalytical methods, many young scientists from South America and Asia regularly take part in the ‘Geoanalysis’ meetings. The council of the International Association of Geoanalysts has selected Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia to host the 10^th international conference ‘Geoanalysis 2018’, from the 8^th to 13^th of July 2018.  The Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences at Macquarie University hosts one of the best equipped geoanalytical laboratories in Australia and enjoys an outstanding international reputation supporting education, industry and research.  The University’s park-like campus provides a relaxed Australian ambiance to meet, while offering the logistics and buzz of metropolitan, iconic Sydney. Geoanalysis 2018 provides a unique platform for exhibitors to network with world-leading analytical geochemists, key academic customers, and postgraduate students.
